1. Condition of Item:
- To be accepted for return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as it was delivered or upon receipt, and in its original packaging.
2. Timeframe
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for full-priced items only.
3. Options for Returns and Exchanges
Option 1: Exchange for Store Credit
- If the item is damaged upon receipt, it may be returned for store credit.
- Store credit can be utilized within 1 year from the date of issuance.
Option 2: Refund or Return
- Items may be refunded or returned if damaged upon receipt or if the wrong item was delivered.
- If the item is in the wrong size, it may be returned once in exchange for the right size.
- Items on sale are non-refundable and non-returnable.
4. Shipping Costs:
- For damaged products, GLORIAE will cover the shipping costs associated with returns.
- For exchanges due to wrong sizing, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
