Toe thong is made with our Dream Blue Sheepskin. Straps are lined with Sheepskin.

1. Which size should I get if I'm between sizes? (Example: Size 8.5)

Our footwear is true to size (Asian Sizing which is typically smaller than Western Sizing) but sizing up is best for those in between sizes.

2. When will you restock a sold out size or color?

We usually restock sizes in 4-6 weeks. It's best to sign up for notifications of availability since we do our restock announcements first via email. We will also announce on our social media pages if a certain color will no longer be reproduced.

LEATHER FOOTWEAR

1. Cleaning

  • Use a soft cloth dampened with a leather-safe solution or gentle soap and water to clean the surface of your shoes.
  • Gently wipe the shoes, ensuring you cover both the upper and the insole.
  • After cleaning, use a dry cloth to remove any excess moisture and ensure the shoes are completely dry.

2. Removing Mud:

  • If your shoes have mud on them, allow the mud to dry completely.
  • Once dry, use a soft-bristled brush to gently brush off the dried mud and dirt from the surface of the shoes.

3. Shoe Maintenance:

  •  To maintain the shape of your shoes, use a shoe tree or the carton shaper provided with your purchase. Insert these into your shoes when not in use to help them retain their shape.
  • Store your leather footwear in a dry place away from direct heat and moisture. This helps prevent the leather from drying out or becoming damaged.

4. Repair Services:

  •  If your GLORIAE shoes require repairs due to damage or wear, we offer repair services depending on the extent of the damage.

Return & Exchange

1. Condition of Item:

  • To be accepted for return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as it was delivered or upon receipt, and in its original packaging.


2. Timeframe

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for full-priced items only.


3. Options for Returns and Exchanges

Option 1: Exchange for Store Credit

  • If the item is damaged upon receipt, it may be returned for store credit.
  • Store credit can be utilized within 1 year from the date of issuance.


Option 2: Refund or Return

  •  Items may be refunded or returned if damaged upon receipt or if the wrong item was delivered.
  • If the item is in the wrong size, it may be returned once in exchange for the right size.
  • Items on sale are non-refundable and non-returnable.

    4. Shipping Costs:

    • For damaged products, GLORIAE will cover the shipping costs associated with returns.
    • For exchanges due to wrong sizing, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
