Note:
Toes come in all shapes and sizes, so adjust gently and slowly. When adjusting, maintain the ring’s round shape. Avoid abrasive pulling and tugging as this can cause stress cracks over time.

Our updated brass material is crafted from upcycled brass bullet casings–a material made more malleable without losing its strength or resilience. This choice is symbolic as much as material: a transformation of objects once tied to destruction into pieces that adorn the body that carry presence, memory, and power.

We are in partnership with Tboli brass casters, Sesotunawa, practicing the traditional Art of Temwel, preserving ancestral processes. Due to its handcrafted characteristics, expect natural marks. Read our Care Guide to know more.

The brass used in our products are created from upcycled brass bullets. Brass naturally softens and develops character with wear. Minor marks and patina are normal. Expect the brass to become more matte over time. However, you may effectively restore its shine through these following options:

• OPTION 1
  Use Pledge Metal Polish with a soft cloth.
  
• OPTION 2
  Combine lemon and baking soda to create a paste. Rub the paste on the brass. Rinse with water then wipe dry.

Other things to note:

Saltwater can help keep brass bright, so beach trips are welcome. Rinse and dry after swimming to avoid residue buildup.

Store dry when not in use, especially after exposure to water, sweat, lotion, or perfume.

1. Condition of Item:

• To be accepted for return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as it was delivered or upon receipt, and in its original packaging.

2. Timeframe

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for full-priced items only.

3. Options for Returns and Exchanges

Option 1: Exchange for Store Credit

• If the item is damaged upon receipt, it may be returned for store credit.
• Store credit can be utilized within 1 year from the date of issuance.

Option 2: Refund or Return

•  Items may be refunded or returned if damaged upon receipt or if the wrong item was delivered.
• If the item is in the wrong size, it may be returned once in exchange for the right size.
• Items on sale are non-refundable and non-returnable.

4. Shipping Costs:

• For damaged products, GLORIAE will cover the shipping costs associated with returns.
• For exchanges due to wrong sizing, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
