The GLORIA mule is a slip-on style with an open back. It may place a bit more pressure on the balls of the feet and toes. Due to the nature of the animal leather, the shoe may require some time to fully break in. For a more comfortable fit, we recommend easing into the shoe without pushing the toes too far into the toe box, allowing the leather to soften gradually with wear.

1. Which size should I get if I'm between sizes? (Example: Size 8.5)

Our footwear is true to size (Asian Sizing which is typically smaller than Western Sizing) but sizing up is best for those in between sizes.

2. When will you restock a sold out size or color?

We usually restock sizes in 4-6 weeks. It's best to sign up for notifications of availability since we do our restock announcements first via email. We will also announce on our social media pages if a certain color will no longer be reproduced.

•  Items may be refunded or returned if damaged upon receipt or if the wrong item was delivered.
• If the item is in the wrong size, it may be returned once in exchange for the right size.
• Items on sale are non-refundable and non-returnable.

4. Shipping Costs:

• For damaged products, GLORIAE will cover the shipping costs associated with returns.
• For exchanges due to wrong sizing, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.

•  To maintain the shape of your shoes, use a shoe tree or the carton shaper provided with your purchase. Insert these into your shoes when not in use to help them retain their shape.
• Store your leather footwear in a dry place away from direct heat and moisture. This helps prevent the leather from drying out or becoming damaged.
